Important Customer Service Reminder

 

The Land O’ Lakes and New Port Richey Customer Service Centers provide Drive-through and Walk-up services at both locations Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Drive-through services include everything from opening and closing an account, to checking amount due and making a payment. 

The Dade City Customer Service office provides limited walk-up services Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. This location does not provide any drive-through services.

What are the alternative options?

  • Opening a New Account may be done online, via mail, drive-through, drop box, or in person.
  • Stopping Services, Transferring Services, or Reconnecting Services may be done online, via mail, drive-through, drop box, in person, and phone at 727-847-8131.
  • Closing an Account may be done online, via mail, drive-through, drop box, or in person.
  • Bill Payments may be made online, via mail, drive-through, drop box and the Pay-by-Phone feature by dialing 855-786-5344.
  • Builder Fees may be paid in three (3) ways. View payment options and detailed instructions.
  • Billing Adjustment Paperwork is available for Leaks , Pool Fills , and Unexplained High Water Use English  / Español .
  • Misc/Other Inquiries 
  • Appointments will be held on a case-by-case basis for any customer who cannot be serviced by any of the alternate methods provided.
  • Call Center Support: Pasco County Utilities Team Members are available at (727)847-8131, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m..

Deposit Drop Box: The locations listed above have a drop box available to securely place payments, billing adjustment paperwork, applications for service, and any pertinent paperwork. Drop box access times vary. Please check each location listed above for availability. Paperwork must be in an envelope and fully completed with the customer’s first and last name, account and customer numbers, and any details needed to complete a request.
