Important Customer Service Reminder


The Land O’ Lakes and New Port Richey Customer Service Centers provide Drive-through services at both locations Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Drive-through services include everything from opening and closing an account, to checking amount due and making a payment. Please note that there are no walk-in service as either location.

The Dade City Customer Service office provides limited walk-up services Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. This location does not provide any drive-through services.

What are the alternative options?

Deposit Drop Box: The locations listed above have a drop box available to securely place payments, billing adjustment paperwork, applications for service, and any pertinent paperwork. Drop box access times vary. Please check each location listed below for availability. Paperwork must be in an envelope and fully completed with the customer’s first and last name, account and customer numbers, and any details needed to complete a request.
