IMPORTANT NOTE:

If your services have been turned off for nonpayment, paying the wrong amount will delay reconnection of services.  A fee of $129.00 must be paid prior to services being restored and a new deposit will be required if there is currently no deposit on the account.

All fees and charges must be paid before services will be restored. You must contact the Pasco County Utilities Customer Office at (727) 847-8131 to have services restored.  If you pay before 2:30 p.m. on the day your services were turned off, services will be restored the same day. If you pay after 2:30 p.m. on the day your services were turned off, services will be restored the next business day, Monday - Friday.

Please include leading zeroes (For example-Customer Number-00123456 and Account Number-0012345)
