Q. What credit cards are accepted?

A.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

  

Q. Do I have to register to make an online credit card payment?

 A. No.  You can make a payment without registering. Click “Quick Payment” on the left hand side and enter your 8 digit customer number and your 7 digit account number which are on your monthly billing statement and click “Go”. The current balance due is populated. To pay a different amount, click the box and enter the amount you would like to pay.  Select “Click here” to proceed.  Then enter your credit card information.

 

 Q. Why should I register?

 A. Registration provides access to review account information, the opportunity for paperless statements (e-bills) and to make a payment. Click “Login” then “Register”. Your 8 digit customer number and your 7 digit account number, which are on your monthly billing statement, are required. Your registration will be processed immediately and a Verification Link for your initial login will be emailed to the email address you enter.  If you do not see this email in your Inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder.  Your Internet Service Provider or Email Provider may have flagged this email as Junk/Spam.  If you do not receive the email, please review the information submitted. Q. Is this site safe to use?

 A. Yes.  All information is encrypted and credit card information is not saved in our system.

  

Q. Is my credit card saved?

A. No.  Credit card information is not saved in the system.  We process the payment real time and the credit card information is discarded.

  

Q. Can my credit card be charged automatically each month?

A. No.  We do not save your credit card information. For automatic payment each month, enroll in the electronic payment option located at www.pascoeasypay.com.

Q. When are payments posted to my account?

A. Payments are posted the next business day.

 

Q. Why is my credit card rejected?

A. Possibilities are:

·         Numbers and/or expiration dates are incorrect

(Contact your Credit Card Company if your card is declined)

 

Q. Can I use my debit card to make a payment?

A. Yes. (If you are experiencing difficulty, contact your bank.)

 

Q. Can I look up my utility billing account online?

A. Yes.  Once you have registered, you can access account information.
